By accessing bdpoop.com, registering an account, or placing any wager or bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the site from time to time.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on bdpoop and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

Closure by bdpoop

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age
• Accessing bdpoop from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, bdpoop reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Voluntary Closure by the Player

A dormant account fee of ৳50 per calendar month may be deducted from any remaining real-money balance to cover account maintenance costs. Limitation of Liability
